The Boston Scientific Foundation, Inc. is at work in clinics, schools and neighborhoods across the United States, helping to expand access to quality health care and educational opportunities for everyone.

Since 2002, we have donated $21 million to support innovative community organizations that are making a difference for people of all ages. Our impact has been both immediate and lasting, as the results of our support help bring about systemic change.

Our health-related grants aim to improve the health of those with significant unmet needs by enhancing access and quality of care, and supporting disease prevention and awareness efforts.
National Health Disparities Initiative

The National Health Disparities Initiative was launched in 2003, developing models that focus on patient self-management.

At the YWCA Boston, their dedicated, tri-lingual staff reach out to minority women across the city who are under- or uninsured and at greater risk for breast and cervical cancer.
